1.2. By using the Platform, the user (hereinafter the User<\/em>) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1.3. If the User does not agree to the Terms, they are not permitted to use the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4.2. The User is not entitled to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5.1. The User is fully responsible for any content uploaded to the Platform.
      5.2. The User confirms that they hold all necessary rights to use and upload such content.
      5.3. The User grants the Company a non\u2011exclusive, royalty\u2011free, and perpetual license to use the content for the purposes of operating and developing the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      6.1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Platform belong to the Company or its licensors.
      6.2. These Terms do not grant the User any rights to the Company\u2019s trademarks, software, or other intellectual property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        8.2. The Company has the right to terminate the User\u2019s access to the Platform in case of a breach of the Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        9. Processing of Personal Data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Company\u2019s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
        9.2. Use of the Platform requires acceptance of these documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        10. Amendments to the Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        10.1. The Company has the right to amend the Terms at any time.
        10.2. Users will be informed of material changes via the Platform or by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        11. Governing Law and Disputes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
        11.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in Harju County Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
